Declaration
We declare that the particulars including the list of trainees given in this application are true. I have not withheld any material facts, which could lead to disqualification of my application.
Registration Fee and Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable registration fee of SGD 10 applies to all course sign-ups from June 2025. The registration fee shall be paid prior to the registration submission. This fee will not be charged again for course postponements, Not Yet Competent, or other retakes. Trainees who provide at least 5 calendar days’ notice prior to training date may reschedule without incurring a new fee. Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
Payment
All payments are to be made in SINGAPORE DOLLARS. We accept CASH, CHEQUES, GIRO (Corporate Client), Internet Banking payment and PayNow (UEN: 200300141E) for our courses.
All cheque payments are to be made payable to “Skillmaster Training Centre Pte Ltd”
Appeal, Grievances, and Feedback Process
Candidates have all rights to appeal should they disagree with the assessment results. The appeal must be done on the same day of assessment. Grievances and other feedback can be made with the Administrator via our feedback processes. Please check with the Administrator or email info@skillmastertc.com for further details.
Confidentiality
It is Skillmaster’s commitment to collect sufficient information and data from participants for the purpose of the course application, billing, and other internal administrative processes. All collected participant information will be treated in strict confidence and not be used for any other purposes other than internal administrative processes.
