DEED OF AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE IN WORKSHOP
This Deed of Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between:

(hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”)
AND
YOU
(the “Participant”)
1. PURPOSE
By proceeding, YOU agree to participate in any workshop organized by the Organizer, regardless of the title, date, or venue/platform (“the Workshop”).
2. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
a. YOU shall attend the Workshop for its entire duration and actively engage in all activities, discussions, and exercises as required by the Organizer.
b. YOU agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions issued by the Organizer before, during, and after the Workshop.
c. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Workshop schedule, content, or facilitators as necessary.
3. USE OF MATERIALS, PHOTOGRAPHY, AND RECORDINGS
a. YOU grant permission to the Organizer to use photographs, video recordings, and other materials captured during the Workshop for promotional, educational, or internal purposes.
b. All intellectual property, training materials, and resources provided during the Workshop remain the sole property of the Organizer unless otherwise stated.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY
YOU agree not to disclose to any third party any confidential information obtained during the Workshop, except with the prior written consent of the Organizer.
5. LIABILITY
The Organizer shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising out of or in connection with YOUR attendance at the Workshop, except where such injury or loss is due to the Organizer’s negligence.
6. TERMINATION
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate YOUR attendance at the Workshop if YOU fail to comply with the terms herein or engage in misconduct.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
8. REFUND POLICY
a. Cancellation by Participant:
If YOU wish to cancel your registration for a Workshop, you must notify the Organizer in writing. Refunds, if any, will be provided according to the following schedule:
Cancellation more than 14 days before the Workshop: 100% refund.
Cancellation 7 to 14 days before the Workshop: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the Workshop: No refund will be provided.
b. Non-attendance:
No refund will be provided if YOU do not attend the Workshop without prior written notice of cancellation.
c. Cancellation or Postponement by Organizer:
If the Organizer cancels or postpones the Workshop, YOU may choose to receive a full refund or transfer your registration to a future Workshop.
d. Processing of Refunds:
All approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.
9. ADDITIONAL TERMS
In addition to this Agreement, the easy-peasy.ai and easy-peasy.ai of Easy-Peasy.AI Pte. Ltd. will apply to your participation in any Workshop. By participating, YOU acknowledge having read and agreed to these additional policies.
10. CONSENT BY ACTION
By proceeding with the registration, participation, or attendance at any Workshop organized by the Organizer, YOU are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, including the additional Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
